Confirm what MG Live refers to
The label MG Live alone does not verify a particular game provider or live-dealer collection. The supplied app screenshot does not show this listing. If it appears in your account, open its information panel to identify the operator, available tables and rules.
Choose a table by its conditions
Read the minimum stake, permitted bet types and settlement rules before joining a round. Two tables for the same broad game can apply different limits or side-bet options. A seat or table name is not a substitute for those details.
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Betting countdown | A selection may close before a delayed video shows the next event. |
| Accepted stake | The confirmation determines whether a bet entered the round. |
| Round reference | Support can use it to investigate a disputed result. |
When video and controls seem out of sync
Stop adding wagers and check the connection. Do not assume that a frozen stream means the round has stopped on the server. Review the game history and interruption rules before retrying a selection.
Keep live chat separate from account security
A table chat message is not a secure verification request. Do not send passwords, wallet PINs or identity photographs to another player or someone claiming to be a dealer. For an account problem, follow the support enquiry guidance and use the channel listed in the app.
